Following their mess up during the last update (2.1->3), Autodesk is internally calling this "Update 4." So if you use the CAD Manager tools, don't be surprised by the inconsistency.
Oops, what I meant to say was Land Desktop Companion is being reported as "Version 4" instead of "Update 3." Civil 3D is being reported as "Version 4" as well.
Also your link goes to "Autodesk Civil" not "Autodesk Civil 3D."
